RHS national champion orchestra - 1935
In late spring, 1935, the RHS orchestra participated in the National
Music Contest in Madison, WI, earning a superior rating in Class C
competition. Each member of the orchestra received a medal
signifying the national championship. The compositions played were
"Moment Musicale" by Haydn and "Allegro" by
Mozart. Miss Inez Archer, stand far left, conducted the orchestra.
