LAURA CHRISTENSEN McGUFFIN St. Paul, MN. — Laura Christensen McGuffin, 93, died on May 17, 2001 in St. Paul, Minnesota. Survivors include her sisters, Nelva Hanson of Graettinger, Lula Smith of Emmetsburg, Merle Kauffman of Swea City, and brother Warren Christensen, and three children. Laura was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and six brothers and sisters. Laura Christensen was the daughter of Forn and Anna Christensen. She attended Plover school, and taught in country schools in Pocahontas County. She married Clyde McGuffin of Rolfe, and the couple made their home in the St. Paul area.
