South Bend, Indiana — Randall B. Howard, 52, passed away at home in Riverside, Ill., on February 5, 2001, after a courageous battle with bladder cancer. Private services were held on February 17. The family would appreciate donations in his memory to Goad International, P. 0. Box 621897, Orlando, Florida 32862-1897.

Randall is survived by his wife Gail J. Seeger; children Matthew and Courtney Howard; parents Verle and Velma Howard; and sisters, Joy Hayes, Hope Schneider, Kelly Hartman, and Karen Leyba.

Randall was born on January 1, 1949, in Fort Dodge. He was president of Business Systems, Inc. in South Bend, Indiana.
